I came to pick up my food and the lady was super rude. That's fine with me as long as the food is amazing haha. I asked for hot sauce and she said there was A LOT in the bag already. There were 3 tiny little hot sauces as you can see in the picture... FOR 2 BURRITOS. I asked for more hot sauce and she gave me the stink eye and grabbed me 1 tiny hot sauce. Let's just say I didn't have enough hot sauce as I ate my burritos... Ordered the Carne Guisada Burrito and the Revolcado Burrito. The burritos were Very underwhelming and the meat volume was way too low. I'd like more meat on both! They were unique in that it's a stew based ingredients that go inside and there were Huge chunks of potatoes...
I was craving a good burrito. I ordered from DoorDash. OMG. They messed up my order completely. I specifically made very clear special requests which were all ignored. I ordered two super burritos. One fish and one chicken. I received a chicken burrito with shrimp lol smh I was really craving a fish burrito. I ordered a taquito received a taco instead. Missing hella ingredients from the burritos. They didn't have any tomatoes or guacamole. No pico. Just dry and gross and wrong. The plantains were soaked in oil. Just all wrong. No thank you.
I just got a delivery order from this place and the food was really great!! I am so concerned about ordering chicken in everything, because it is usually untrimmed pieces boiled chicken with fat or tendons in it and when I bite into that, I cannot finish what it is. Your chicken is perfectly cooked. The super taco is amazing! Also ordered the Steak Queensadilla and the meat was tender and well seasoned. I'm impressed with this place. I read reviews and I can't understand why they don't have higher reviews. It was perfect for me!!
The food at this restaurant is good overall, but I was disappointed by the portion size of the sopa de res. For $16, I only received one piece of beef in the soup. If I wanted a vegetable soup, I could easily make it at home or order one elsewhere. The flavor of the soup was good, but the lack of ingredients was disappointing. I had hoped to find a new spot for soup on this side of the bay, but it looks like I'll have to continue driving to the city for it. It's a shame. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Food is expensive and customer service is bad too. Wouldn't come back. I asked for 3 orders and they gave me attitude I asked for their prices and asked me if I thought it was to much for what I was ordering and I told her yes and still continued ordering. Like I said her attitude was not good. Very bad customer skills. No doubt they don't obtain to many sells. Disappointed
i ordered a vegetarian burrito it was supposed to include bean rice and everything else but i asked for fries in it too i didnt mind paying extra for potatoes in my burrito but she didnt put the beans rice and everything else in the burrito it literally only had fries cheese and sour cream and i paid $9.00 for that. so disappointing and unsatisfied
We ordered by DoorDash and it was our first time for Quetzal. It knocked off my socks! The best chicken Burrito I've ever had; moist, delicate chicken pieces, delicious sauce, great value. The Pupusa was delish. Tacos al Pastor very generous and tasty. Great!
I would not recommend this restaurant to my friends and family. The kitchen is not clean, the service is slow, and the Mexican lady working there is rude with zero English proficiency, making it difficult to communicate with customers. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
