Second visit in 5 years to this starred restaurant michelin, which became our restaurant for a small pleasure to two. this kind of restaurant we can't afford every day (loin from there) but where we know that we'll enjoy every bite and discover excellent flavors. Prices have increased well in 5 years, only dinner the menu at 130 euros per person is available. it's indicated that it's a 5-course menu, but it's much more than that. A few steps from the boulevard beaumarchais, the small room in length that feathers the moon welcomes you in a modern-champion atmosphere. the tables are close enough but the discretion remains preserved and the separations of some tables are very well. The basic lunch menu is in 4 times. at each time, two plates for more pleasures and subtlety. The fish (lotte) and its risotto were beautiful then the piece of superb meat and vegetables accompanying all in lightness and freshness even if a little less than the risotto to our taste...The finish in dessert was sensational, fruit and a mint ice that will be remembered. the second small, subtle and fresh plate too.
