Expérience très décevante au Quick de Liévin. Le serveur nommé Donovan a fait preuve d’un sérieux manque de professionnalisme. Aucun bonjour à notre arrivée, aucune formule de politesse, pas même un “bon appétit” lors du service. Le comble est que nos plateaux nous ont été remis avec du Coca renversé dessus, sans excuse ni réaction de sa part. Travailler dans la restauration implique un minimum de respect et d’attention envers les clients. L’accueil et le service ont été particulièrement négligés, ce qui a fortement dégradé notre expérience. Il serait souhaitable que le personnel soit davantage sensibilisé aux bases du service client et du professionnalisme.
