I visited this restaurant two weeks ago for the first time since they remodeled, and I ordered a sandwich. Unfortunately, the bread was overly dry and almost crispy, the spinach was wilted, and the cheese was hard. I happened to be in the area again today and decided to give it another try. Sadly, the bread was once again dry and crunchy, and they forgot half of the toppings I requested. I won’t be buying sandwiches there again. It seems this place is only good for picking up soda or snacks. What a disappointment.
Store wasn?t the cleanest. Between wrappers on the floors from sugar packets and a lot of clutter it wasn?t the most inviting quickchek. The sandwich line was in the front of the store, although convenient allowed for a lot of people to be congregated in the front making it hard to get in and get out. The deli counter was also slow and my sandwich wasn?t that complicated. Simply not the best experience but definitely not the worse. Average at best. Could use work to get up to speed with other quick checks.
I love this store! After a hard day at the hospital, I am so tired that I am not interested in cooking. So I drive up to QuickChek in Bogota and order me a quick sandwich and soup. It is the most delicious, well-prepared sandwich that I have ever tasted and I am a repeat customer. Sam, the manager, bends over backwards and is very accommodating; anticipating my every need. It?s just a great place!
The price on the cooler for a milkshake was 3.19. It rang for 3.99. The cashier saw the price and tried to change it, but could not. The manager came by and asked if I wanted it for 3.99 after he had lowered the price. I didn't. He said he couldn't change it, but when I insisted that he repaired it magically as if he had to do it first. Very poor customer service. Thecashier was very nice.
If you see Daniella (I'm sorry if I wrote your name wrong) working at the sandwich station, you just know? I'll get an AMAZING sandwich. I ordered a pack and she took her time to make it with perfection. I've never seen a pack that has been scratched from above and leaves the contents in so hot. I wish I had taken a photo for everyone, but I ate it so fast. She deserves a promotion/race.
I use every evening it was not the best, but it was all Wright is now so bad sandwich cold and not good when you go pay in the front no one is wait last night for 25 min before someone come and wait tonight for 20 min and they will not make sandwiches after 10 pm good that is the last time that I will come here I will give it 1 out of 10
My African American wife went to this store to purchase some items. She used the self-checkout, and the manager falsely accused her of not paying for some of them, even though she had paid for everything. He offered an insincere apology and then tried to laugh it off afterward. We won't be returning.
