There's definitely something off here! I wouldn't even want to give this place a single star! I stopped by for a coffee on October 16, 2022, and OMG, I ended up leaving without my coffee because the line was literally out the door. They seriously need to hire more staff ASAP, or they're going to lose even more customers. This place should be called "Slow Check" instead of "Quick Check" because it certainly fits that description!
Here at 1 o'clock for coffee and a sandwich. No decafs available and I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich as someone bought 8 sandwiches before me. I counted. Sandwich type was a Lil round when I asked if there was any Decaf available, but seemed to have a better setting after he was done to make all these sandwiches for someone else.
Really hit or miss. Convenient spot to get in and out in a rather busy area. Open 24 hours which is rare this area. Coffee is usually good. Sandwiches range from passable to I wouldn 't feed it to my dog. Staff attitude can be great or nonexistent. Every visit is an adventure. Also no fee ATMs are pretty neat.
My husband and son stopped in there on Saturday afternoon. When they got outta the truck they realized they locked the keys in the truck, they received assistance from three helpful young ladies who managed to get the door unlocked. They are Lesley, Sydney and Genesis. Thank you for your awesome team work....
My favorite part of Quick Check is the bottle return center. Maybe you have a bottle or two or a whole bag in the trunk and have a few extra minutes to deposit some bottles. Then can go inside and redeem your ticket and perhaps have a sandwich or coffee for your journey down the road.
Dirty inside and out. Manager and another employee were making sandwiches and were over a 1/2 hour behind on in store orders, focusing on door dash orders instead. Multiple people getting refunds for waiting too long, and also heard several wanting refunds for wrong orders.
The person who prepared my 12-inch sub added way too much ketchup—about a whole bottle's worth. I can't bring myself to eat it; it’s just gross. On a positive note, my vanilla chai was really good, though.
I won $200 from a $20 scratch-off ticket, so I decided to buy another one of the same tickets from a different machine and ended up winning another $100. It turned out to be a fantastic lunch!
