I usually visit this store for milk tea, and most of the time, the staff are nice. However, during my last visit, the owner made my drink incorrectly. When I kindly asked for the original drink I ordered, he was very rude and refused to make the change. The customer service was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, this place is the closest option to my home, and I feel really frustrated because nothing is free—everything has a cost.
I typically go to this shop for their milk tea, and most of the time, the staff is friendly. However, during my latest visit, the owner made my drink incorrectly. When I asked for my original order, he was rude and refused to fix it. This experience really showcased the poor customer service. It’s disappointing because this place is very close to my home, and I feel quite frustrated since nothing is free.
The owner declined to refund us for a poorly made drink. We simply raised a concern about its quality, which seemed to upset him. The restaurant also had cleanliness issues, as we noticed 5 to 10 flies buzzing around while we discussed the refund. Additionally, the menu was limited, leading us to think about trying other places that offer a better variety and, most importantly, higher quality food.
The owner refused to give us a refund on a poorly made drink. At first we ask for a simply thing as just remaking the drink but that seem to have angered him. The place was a mess with 5-10 flies flying around as we talked about if I could get a refund.The menu is trash go to other quicklys for a better variety but most importantly quality. Service was incredibly slow! The place felt disorganized, which was surprising because I had always received quick and excellent service in the past. The Thai tea I ordered tasted watered down, and during my 20-minute wait, they ran out of the small boba. Such a disappointment! UGH!
