If I can give this place 0 stars i would. For one , they are not consistent with their portion. One day they give you a fair amount of food then time they give you half the amount. I normally just order the chicken bites or whatever it's called and split it between me and my daughter, a few times I wasn't able to split it because it seemed like they already split it with another person . The chicken seemed a little under cooked one time so I had to toss it ! The Customer sucks! Language barrier could be the cause but idk they just seem rude! I feel like there should be atleast one person who can hold a conversation without the workers getting frustrated. This last time I went was my last str...
I'm not too sure how the service could be any worse. It was a very weird experience. I walked in, and stood by the register for a good 6 min being completely ignored before I could get anyone's attention to ask if my online order was ready. They even tried taking the order of the lady who came in behind me while I'm standing right there, but even the lady who came in behind me had to say something because that's just strange customer service.Also, me and the other person who ordered online ahead of time finally received our orders AFTER the people who just came in and ordered received theirs.. What's the point of ordering ahead of that means we now have to wait twice as long? Definitely not...

This restaurant is very professional compared to other fast food establishments. The boba drinks are easily customizable and you can still taste the different flavors of the tea. The boba has the perfect texture and the accompanying flavors complement it well. Overall, not bad for a Quickly's.

The tea itself is good and they have a point system. HOWEVER, the amount of toppings they give is insulting. They serve very small portions. Not worth your money. It seems like they are too cheap to serve you a decent amount of boba. Personally, I willnot be returning or recommending.

I really enjoy this restaurant! I gave it 4 stars because they need to cook the boba slightly longer, as it can be a bit hard in the middle at times. However, I absolutely love their waffles, especially the cookies and cream flavor! Their popcorn chicken is also delicious.
The place is very professional compared to other Quickly establishments. The black milk tea is slightly watered down but you can still taste the distinct flavors of the black tea. Boba is just the right texture and firm. Not bad for a Quickly?s.
