I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I've been a regular customer, but after today, I won't be coming back. I ordered popcorn chicken and while I was watching the employee prepare my order, I noticed she dropped a piece of chicken on the floor and then put it back in the bag. She was in the kitchen area and seemed to think I didn't see it. I was in a rush, so I didn't say anything, but I can't believe this happened. I can't imagine what else might be going on in the kitchen when we’re not watching. I will definitely NOT return to this place! Yuck!
Quickly ranks among the lower tier of boba chains, so it’s best not to have high expectations when visiting. The staff at this Quickly location are generally friendly, and my go-to drink is the Almond milk tea, which I really enjoy. Recently, I tried the Tiger milk tea, a combination of their classic and Thai milk tea, and it was quite good. However, the tapioca is rather bland, so I’d probably skip it in the future. Their popcorn chicken is definitely the highlight on the menu and a reliable choice, but I tend to steer clear of other food items.
Bad service, the lady did not allow me to use the restroom because there where too many things in there and basically shut the door in my face. She gave the two people behind me in line there food and drinks first. I also asked for non dairy item and they gave me a dairy item. Not coming here again. Low key prejudice af.
I really enjoy how their boba has a perfect texture; it's chewy all the way through but still has a slightly soft exterior. The popcorn chicken is fantastic as well! It's tender and crispy, making for a perfectly crunchy treat. They also offer a wide variety of items, and my orders are always prepared quickly.

Good boba place to order, has a big selection of drinks and snacks. The problem is the cashiers are rude ! Seems like the guy who was working there didn't want to be there. Watch out he might give you a bad vibe . I know I did.
I don't understand why you advertise being open until 9 PM, only to close at 8:58 PM and cancel my order that I placed at 8:45 PM. This is unprofessional. If you plan to close early, please update your hours of operation!
Everyone who's ever drank Boba tea knows about quickly. It's like McDonald's it's every where and they all pretty much taste the same. Only difference is the customer service experience.
Always understaffed. One employee working and 12 customers waiting on their drinks, took very very long. Most of these shops got 3 or more workers but not here
