In my experience, this location has consistently neglected to fulfill my orders during my last three online purchases. Whether it’s extra meat, sauces, or add-ons that I’ve paid for, there’s a high chance that something will be missing. When I try to address the issue, the staff often insists that everything is included, even when I show them the receipt. At times, they act as though they don’t comprehend the situation until the manager arrives, who explains it using the same terminology I’ve already used.
I ordered the shrimp and tofu hibachi and ended up feeling quite disappointed. The fried rice was not really fried at all; it was bland and lacked seasoning, just drizzled with a tasteless sauce. It seemed more like plain white rice with some sauce on top—certainly not fried! The tofu was overcooked, and the cabbage had no flavor. The only highlight was the shrimp, which actually tasted good. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The rice tasted like it was from a pre-packaged brand, and the chicken was quite fatty and poorly prepared. They also messed up our order and seemed confused about how many desserts we were supposed to receive. Additionally, the noise level was intolerable. I definitely won’t be returning.
