This is a nice place to grab snacks and fill up on gas. I've generally had a good experience here, although it doesn’t quite compare to other places I've visited. The location is clean, and the staff is friendly, though they could improve on being more helpful. The gas pumps tend to be busy. The bathrooms and the store are well-kept. However, I did have an unsatisfactory interaction with two employees; when I mentioned that the salsa area and coffee weren't stocked at the time, they both ignored my comment and walked away without acknowledging it. That was disappointing!
The location was quite busy, but there didn’t seem to be enough staff to handle the crowd. I arrived and placed a breakfast order at 9:55 AM. A young woman told me breakfast service ended at 10 AM. I mentioned it wasn’t 10 yet, but she said she knew and had already started removing breakfast items. She did try to help me since I had a free breakfast taco coupon, but I still couldn’t use it because breakfast was considered over. I believe there should always be a manager on site, as there were too many unsupervised teenagers working.
It appears that someone, possibly an employee, has been stealing debit and credit card information from the in-store card readers for over two months. Despite several reports to management, the problem continues. I highly recommend avoiding this location. Furthermore, there are frequent instances of panhandling at the gas pumps and entrances. Essentially, if a rundown establishment were to function as a business, this would be it.
I walked in and went to the kiosk to place an order, but the female employee was rubbing her face. That's really unhygienic, especially when working near the kitchen! I decided not to order anything because I don’t want to risk getting sick from poor hygiene.
