I received a promo code through T-Mobile, but according to the T-Mobile app, the code had to be redeemed through the Quiznos app. I followed the instructions, waited 20 minutes per the Quiznos app, and entered the store to pick up my meal. I was told by the staff that they were not accepting online orders (although they have a sign over the cash register that reads Online Orders Pickup , so I had to place my order with them again and redeem the promo code in store. So, I waited in line and placed my order (which they messed up and had to remake . When I attempted to check out, I was told that I couldn 't redeem the promo code because I had already redeemed it online. Therefore, after waiting...
As a first-time visitor, I was impressed with my experience. I ordered the Lobster Classic Sub while my sister chose the traditional sub. Anisha, the manager, provided exceptional customer service and warmly welcomed us as soon as we entered. The restaurant's interior was well-maintained and clean. Overall, it was a great experience. I absolutely loved the lobster sub, and the portion of meat was more than sufficient.

I honestly did not want to post this publicly. I haven enjoyed Quiznos for years. And this store has great customer service. On my last purchase (one week ago today) after my first bite into my sandwich, I found a live wiggling worm next to the other half of my sandwich. I couldn't eat another bite. I recently had the best hot, toasted sandwich in a long time. The meat and toppings were impressive and didn't disappoint at all. The steak sandwich is absolutely amazing on Rosemary Parmesan bread, topped with two kinds of cheese, mushrooms, and onions. It's incredibly delicious! The staff was friendly too.

Placed an online order when i got there the manager advised me that they dont do online orders. The line was extremly long and i was told i have to wait in line to reorder what i ordered online mind you I paid for the food already. Was not satisfied at all with quiznos.
