This bar is great. Ignore the hater reviews, they've clearly never been to a sports bar next to that sports arena or they would understand why it's so packed and why maybe, just maybe, it takes a while to get drinks when there are over 100 people trying to get one with 6 employees or so serving. The pizza is slappin' and the staff is great, especially the employee who looks like Aquaman.

Bar Gal musste es telefonieren, um Hilfe im Internet zu erhalten. Platz ist fast um 18.30 Uhr leer. Nur ein Konvektionsofen, also keine Pommes Frites oder Zwiebelringe verfügbar. Great bar, decent prices. Pool table could use some DC, but at a sports bar in a college city I understand that there is not really an investment. The staff was friendly, did not try the food, but the wings smell amazing. Great way to have Keno and so. Worth the stop and try the beer tower!
Get in the thick of the getting psyched for a game and visit this one of a kind fun, friendly, inviting bar. R Bar is around the corner from the arena as well as across from the parking garage. Very Columbus Blue Jackets oriented with the number of photos of the team and the players through the years. Great place to mix with friends and have a drink before the game. Friendly and friendly customer service.
