Obviously the chef is very clever, the ingredients are of first quality, the belotta is good as there low but the portions are risibly small, and the stratospheric prices regarding the service, the frame and the presentation of the table (a 2 macarons with the michelin is not more expensive). No tablecloths, the waitress (sympathic and rushed) is dressed to serve a beach snack or ski lift. a nice view of the lake of aix the baths, a welcoming and listening staff, a simple and very good menu, a sublime dessert, calm, what more desire? the first price €22 for a dish, a dessert and a coffee is reasonable. Maybe a wish! A little more vegetables would have been welcome as they were delicious.
