If I could leave 0 stars I would. We order an appetizer and rolls and it took over an hour to come out and the rice was hard and the fish was rubbery. It fell off my Sushi and literally bounced on the table. Also very expensive for crappy food. Ordered order of ragoons pieces) and pieces of sushi and was over even during happy hour. Would not recommend
The worst service. They took minutes only to bring water and menu. After we ordered, they took to have the food ready on table for us. Also, someone from there stole my boyfriend’s wallet. He forgot the wallet on the table, he went to the car and he realized about it, he came back and no one knew about any wallet.
An order of edamame took forever, as did drinks and other dishes. Only good thing was the waitress. For the amount we spent, will go to Benihana's next time. Cost wise, would recommend going but only during happy hour if you don't mind limited menu items.
We live in Naperville and we used to go to the RA in Tempe, AZ. We did not realize there was a RA in Chicagoland until my wife happened to notice an add in a flier We enjoyed the experience and our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
One waitress for entire restaurant. Sushi chef not covering his nose with his mask while preparing food. Terrible service. Tuna and salmon tasted fishy and not fresh. Overall not a good experience.
Appreciate any restaurant that is open and has servers working... but the food was not great. Simple vegetable tempura was flavorless. Rolls were pretty good though.
We ordered the “You had me At sushi platter” it was outstanding!! So much sushi for the price !! Highly recommend it.
