I discovered this restaurant today, and what a pleasure of the entrance (egg perfect carbonara way in the dish (soothed corkscrew and dessert based on chataigne and lemon mousse. The flavors are well present and subtle, the cooking mastered. At 35€ flat entry dessert the ratio quality price is amazing. In addition there is a very nice terrace, quiet, out of the beaten tourist trails of Annecy, not far from the Thiou which flows a few steps away. Well done, keep going.
A bistronomic address opened a few months before the containment, by a lovely couple who caught up and crossed the crisis. And they did well! Beautiful bistronomical plates (visually and tastefully). Plates that reflect the youth and audacity of the chef, sparkling. Very nice experience!
A true journey to countries of authentic flavors. And as his name suggests, Racines pays tribute to local root vegetables and seasons wonderfully enhanced by the chef's creativity. A beautiful discovery! Warm service

Great address. Very good value for money. Excellent dishes that delight all senses. You have to book, there are only 16 seats at the moment. For me it's up to a star restaurant.
Restaurant Minuscule but very good cuisine! We enjoyed lunch in this restaurant in the middle of the year. The smoky tab was particularly good.
