I found this place because I wanted a good restaurant in the city for my mom to taste an authentic Paella Valenciana for the first time on her birthday. The place is traditional, tidy and really cozy. This was supposed to be one of the best Paella restaurants in Valencia. Reservations required, the need to order certain dishes in advance. We did it all and were disappointed with both of our Paella dishes. The ambiance was nice, and they had a good wine list, this just did not make up for the quality of the food.
