Disappointing. Ordered right after opening and maybe that was a mistake. The Lasooni Gobi was awful. Not sure how, but the sauce was dry and inside was soggy. Maybe a reheat from the day before? Anyway, the appetizer’s first impression lasted for the whole meal. Just shy of $100 for 2, which is not a problem for good food, but in this case, it just wasn’t worth it. Meal type: Dinner
This Indian takeout restaurant in Croton-On-Hudson is top-notch. Enjoy their delicious food and excellent service! They offer a variety of dishes, including Chicken Tikka Masala, Nan, Rice Pudding, and Chicken Biryani. The atmosphere is great and there is plenty of parking available in a free parking lot. The average price per person is $20-30 for dinner. Highly recommended!
The food was really bland. Likewe had to add our own spices at home bland. The naan was probably the saving grace of the meal but otherwiseit’s a no from me unfortunately. Had high hopes for a really good local Indian restaurant based on previous reviews but maybe head elsewhere if that’s what you’re craving.

The mixed vegetable korma had a paste-like taste and was predominantly potato. The goat dish was tough and lacked spice. The service was decent. I dined in for dinner and would rate the food a 1, service a 3, and atmosphere a 3 out of 5.
The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was incredibly kind and gracious. I am looking forward to my next visit and the opportunity to try more dishes from their menu.
