Went there to purchase some tobacco products with a valid NYS ID and didn’t even reach the front counter before having the LADY tell me she couldn’t sell me anything. She didn’t even give me a chance to ask her what is it that I wanted. Very unprofessional, disrespectful, and disgusting customer service from someone working at a front counter. I too work in customer service and do not treat my customers like this whatsoever. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!
I really enjoy this restaurant because it is clean, the staff is friendly, and I love the variety of seating options available inside. It's a great place to sit and enjoy a coffee, an ice cream, or any of the other selections they offer.
