Is a love and I can not. I don 't understand how they gave it a Michelin Star. (I put one here because I can not put less). Lousy and slow service, they are not aware of the client, they do talk to each other. A lot of white gloves and little knowledge of the protocol necessary to serve in a restaurant of this supposed category. Dirty table linen and chipped and broken crockery, which sometimes is not removed when serving the next dish. I give it 5 stars because I can 't give it more. Spectacularly rich food, impeccable service and very friendly and attentive staff, especially Carlos who couldn 't be more humble and charming. We went on a bit of a rebound, taking advantage of the fact that it was more or less close to us and that there was just a reservation available for the day we could and we couldn 't leave happier due to the combination of food, atmosphere and treatment received. Very careful presentation, taking advantage of the tradition for the work of ceramics in Talavera. The food is good, although something lacks power. However, the main problem I found was in the service, they took a long time to serve us, the drinks never arrived and the advice with the wine simply did not exist. I have to say that I went in 2021, but I have seen the photos and I have started to criticize, I do not know if they have improved this aspect. Hugely disappointing, the service was abysmal, neither attentive nor caring, and attention to detail was non-existent. The food was especially powerful and strong in flavour, but the problem was that the menu is quite misleading, since the main flavors of the dishes were not the ones that were reflected but completely different ones. Terrible service. Moving on to the next dish without having picked up the previous one while the waitresses whisper among themselves is not worthy of a restaurant of this kind.
