I give it 5 stars because I can 't give it more. Spectacularly rich food, impeccable service and very friendly and attentive staff, especially Carlos who couldn 't be more humble and charming. We went on a bit of a rebound, taking advantage of the fact that it was more or less close to us and that there was just a reservation available for the day we could and we couldn 't leave happier due to the combination of food, atmosphere and treatment received. During the meal you can see how they work and the excellent organization and harmony that the entire team has. Excelente. el acuerdo por parte del equipo es excepcional. No faltan detalles. carlos maldonado es muy amable y cercano y todos los platos son muy buenos, muy bien explicados, y también son sorprendentes. Pedimos el gran menú, de 15 platos, con los que terminamos bien llenos. el precio es muy bueno, el menú grande es 85€/pp y el menú hecho de barro, de 21 platos, 120€/pp. agua 2.5€ y café 2€. Nos consiguió mucho y nos hizo volver a las raíces que son nuestras también. Lo repetiremos con seguridad.

Hugely disappointing, the service was abysmal, neither attentive nor caring, and attention to detail was non-existent. The food was especially powerful and strong in flavour, but the problem was that the menu is quite misleading, since the main flavors of the dishes were not the ones that were reflected but completely different ones. la experiencia ha sido espectacular. productos de la zona manejados espectacularmente, y que van en línea con la historia que te cuentan y lo que intentan transmitir en tan platos. Y cuando terminó el maldonado carlos salió a saludar, y él es una persona encantadora, la verdad que una gota.
