This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered several drinks but only received one beer. Our food was cold and unacceptable. When I asked for a manager, I encountered people pretending to be managers, but they weren't. When it was time to pay, someone approached me claiming to be the person I wanted to speak with. Suddenly, the manager appeared, who turned out to be the CEO of the Railyard. This situation was frustrating. This is a large place with plenty of indoor, outdoor, or bar seating. It is a pet and kid friendly establishment. They have two Pool tables inside. We have been here several time to listen to the live music from local performers. The food menu is typical of what you would find at an bar n grill. We have had a bacon wrapped hot dog and fries, chicken wings, and baked potato. Everything was good. We started ordering bottled beer the last few times we came since their draft beers seemed a little too hot for our liking. The service staff is young and very friendly. They seated us immediately. Great service from our waitress, Jackie, very attentive recommended chicken flautas which were very good and always recommends the best drinks there although, they could add more variety, maybe cucumber cocktail drinks.?
Steve is the best waiter in the 956… takes the time to see how we’re doing … explains the menu thoroughly, tells us the drink specials and is always checking up on our table … lovable
