I am so disappointed with my recent experience at Raimo's. My husband and I have been loyal customers for over 30 years, but after our last visit, he declared "never again!" We placed an order for pizza and were given the number 41, with a pick-up time of 20 minutes. Even though my husband arrived on time, he had to wait 45 minutes for our order. Despite asking about the status of our pizza, he was told to wait a few more minutes. When he finally received our order, 65 minutes had passed since we initially placed it. It was frustrating that no apology for the delay was offered. It seems like they no longer value their customers.
I had a negative experience at this restaurant. When I arrived at 4:15 on October 4, 2022, there were 5 employees behind the counter and only one other customer besides myself. The other customer politely greeted the staff for assistance but was given a blank stare. When I tried to voice my complaint, there was no response from the employees. Feeling ignored and unappreciated, I decided to leave without placing an order. It seemed like the staff thought they were the only option in town, despite the convenient location. I have no intentions of returning to this restaurant in the future.
The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious, offering the best pizza in town. The staff are fantastic and the environment is pleasant. You can opt for take-out service for dinner, with prices ranging from $20 to $30 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5. Recommended dishes include the Chicken Roll, Pepperoni Pizza, and Garlic Knots. There is plenty of parking available at this establishment.
Yum! We all loved the pizza. It had a nice crunch. We ordered a pepperoni, regular cheese and Sicilian mushroom. It all tasted great. The personnel were great. It's the perfect place for after a day at the beach. I highly recommend it to you pizza lovers. We shall return again and again. ?

the worst customer service I experienced going to a pizzeria! They forgot my Food was in the oven and gave it back to me burnt. One of the workers tried to tell me relax knowing they?re in the wrong. Every time I go Raimos, I get treated with lack of respect each time. I?m sick of it!
Generally was very satisfied. Last order veal parmesan was so tough could barely cut it. This order eggplant parmesan with sliced sausage. I might have found 1 maybe 2 sausage. Also ordered angel hair pasta and got spaghetti instead. No.68 not satisfied
I don?t live in the New York but we have been visiting Raimo?s every visit for over 20 years. We recently visited last week and had our same, expected experience. Good food and a great staff. We?ll be back again and again!
The man working at the counter was mocking the elderly patron. This behavior is appalling! He was rude to all customers placing orders. Their customer service certainly needs improvement.
