Keeping in mind I was here on Christmas Eve and expected the restaurant to be busy. The line was out the door and it appeared very unorganized. Probably 85%of the line was for people wanting to pick up their carry out orders. The problem was no one was attending to the people wanting to eat in the restaurant. The older gentleman was rude asking to move out of his way. I was trying to give my name to be put on their waiting list. If I had not been with my elderly mother I would have left. Unfortunately this was my first time at this restaurant and it will be my last. I have left many reviews on restaurants and they have all been wonderful. We ordered on New Years’s knowing it would be busier than usual. An hour after my scheduled pick up time (I arrived on time fo pick up), I was given my order of seeet and sour chicken, general Tao’s chicken, wonton sour, egg drop sour and spring rolls. Got home and found there was no sauce fo the sweet and sour chicken. I calls and they said to come back to get it. I went straight back and waited another 45 minutes for the sauce. Seems like a very popular restaurant and I’m hoping the food is good. Your font desk people are working their tails off so no discredit to them. Management needs to implement a process to help with organizing dine-in vs prepaid (online or phone) be take out orders because it was an absolute unmanageable zoo in there tonight and everyone, including your employees, were frustrated. Set up a Panera-style pick up area for all the prepaid orders and that would help you out a ton! The food is very good at this restaurant but they fail in the category of atmosphere and service. My order took almost 30 minutes and when I asked the waitress how much longer she gave a short brush answer and just said it 's coming . The building is too small and not comfortable for dining in. They have only a very limited amount of booths and I had to sit right by the door with the cold air hitting me. I understand when you 're busy but you don 't have a right to treat customers with short answers and in a disrespectful tone. I placed my order at 1 PM for a 5:30 PM pickup. When I arrived at 5:45, I was informed it would take another 15-20 minutes to package. After waiting, they called my name only to tell me they had run out of tofu, which was the main ingredient in my two dishes. I asked how they were packing my order if they didn’t have the necessary ingredients. This was after I had already paid. Disappointed, I left without a solution other than a refund.
