I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant, and unfortunately, it’s not the first time. I can't recall the specific details from my previous visit, but I remember encountering a rude staff member then as well.
During this visit, my grandson found a hair in his food. This was a minor issue that could have been easily resolved in about 30 seconds, but instead, the staff engaged in an argument with him, wrongly insisting that he had eaten most of the dish. He hadn’t even finished the meal; I had cut the chicken into smaller pieces to cool it down as it was still steaming hot.
It seems like this problem tends to arise primarily with the female staff members...
The lemonade is refreshing, and the sides are decent, but let's be honest: the Cane's sauce is the true star here. It's so delectable that I felt genuinely disappointed the next day while eating a chicken sandwich from another popular chicken chain known for its special sauce. My perspective on fast food has been altered. To make matters worse, the nearest Cane's is a 25-minute drive away from my home. Cane's, please consider opening a location in Pasadena!

There is plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, and the restrooms are clean. They also sell hats and shirts (check out the pictures!). The kids' meals come with assemble-able toys that turn into figurines (which you can see in the clothing photo). The lemonade is delicious and not overly sweet—something I'm really picky about (yes, I'm looking at you, Chick-fil-A!). If I heard correctly, lemonade refills are either 13¢ or 30¢, which is definitely worthwhile. Other beverages are self-serve and don’t require an additional payment.

I visited this restaurant once in Las Vegas and found the chicken to be quite bland. After seeing the reviews for the location in San Dimas, I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, the chicken still had no flavor—completely unseasoned. While it was cooked perfectly, it just lacked any taste at all. I found myself relying solely on the dipping sauce. Additionally, my drink was watered down, and the lemonade barely had any lemon flavor. I will say that the Texas toast was decent, but it wasn't good enough to make me want to return to Cane's.

This restaurant is a solid choice for chicken; it has a nice crunchy exterior and is juicy on the inside. The temperature of the food is acceptable, but I must say the fries are just average. On the plus side, the staff is very friendly and eager to assist customers in making their choices, and they have a good understanding of the menu to offer helpful suggestions.
I tried Canes for the first time on July 29 and was not impressed with the customer service. The wait was short, but the drive-thru attendant was rude and seemed a bit standoffish. They looked confused when I asked about the straws in my bag. While the food quality was good, I wasn't very impressed with the menu options. I'm uncertain if I'd return to this location.
The food was excellent; I enjoyed every aspect of it. The customer service was outstanding, and I really appreciated the atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant. The restrooms were also beautiful and impeccably clean, just like the rest of the establishment. I highly recommend checking out Cane's if you're in the area!
When they first opened, they used to put plenty of sauce on their sandwiches. Recently, however, they have become a bit dry. I understand that with so many customers, they might need to be more careful with how much sauce they use.

I really enjoy RC, but this location tends to overcook the food and often serves strips that are mostly just breading and very thin.
