We booked a table on their website the evening before we were due to go there. They never got back to us with a confirmation they have the booking but as the website is up an running, we thought we were safe to go. Waited .. and waited for drinks order to b taken. Waited .. and waited some more for wine order to b taken. Waited ..even longer for our starters. Waited ..even longer than that for the main courses…. Meal ok, nothing startling, which it should have been at those prices. €100+ total bill. By that point we’d lost the will to live! One waitress running the show (now she was good) for a useless boss. She must have patience of a saint with the amount of complaints they had that evenin...
We went for a quiet lunch as the kids were at a birthday party we had a long lunch starting with grilled prawns and clams in a white wine garlic sauce both were fantastic following a little break I had the slow cooked pork shoulder and my wife had the pork cheeks which were both incredible, the pork shoulder was the best pork dish I've had the pleasure of eating, we enjoyed two bottles f the fine house wine all for €60 incredible value as well!!! Service excellent and we've booked a return visit the kids tonight. This restaurant is a must if you're in the area
We have been using Raizes since it opened and the food is always ok but we had a booking for Saturday night made a couple of days ago and they rang up to cancel our booking because they had a private booking. When we made the booking everything was ok but in the meantime they must have got a better offer so if they treat long-term regular customers in this fashion we will not be darkening their doorstep again. This is their loss and we will be spreading the word.
Restaurant très agréable et plats excellents avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix. A l'intérieur, on peut voir les cuisiniers travailler dans la cuisine ouverte, c'est très agréable de voir l'attention mise pour la préparation des plats. Vou de propósito à Quarteira só para almoçar no raízes. Tanto o atendimento, quanto a qualidade das refeições e ambiente, são excelentes e exemplares. Precisamos de mais restaurantes vegetarianos como este. Hmmm nham!!!! Tanto o interior quanto a esplanada são muito agradáveis e confortáveis.
Belle découverte culinaire dans le proche arrière pays de la côte de l’Algarve. Les plats dégustés étaient excellents de même que les deux vins qui les ont accompagnés. Le tout dans un décor tout à fait agréable. Très bon moment que nous ne pouvons que chaleureusement recommander.
Bom restaurante, funcionários simpáticos e comida saborosa no menu. Recomendável para comida vegana com ingredientes naturais! Perto da costa do oceano.
