I had an excellent experience at Raku Sushi. Having visited the restaurant before as a meat-eater, I was excited to discover their vegetarian menu. I was initially worried about the tempura batter, but our server Tiffany was incredibly helpful in clarifying which items were vegan. I found out that the vegetarian tempura is made without egg, using only flour. Most rolls on the vegetarian menu are vegan, except for the Futomaki roll, which contains egg. Tiffany also highlighted that the fried banana and sesame ball desserts are vegan, and informed us that the teriyaki sauce, which isn't used on any vegetarian dishes, contains chicken broth and is not vegan. Although the staff seemed a bit confused at the start, we were fortunate to have Tiffany as our server. She clearly outlined which menu items were vegan and which were not. Raku Sushi is a fantastic spot with quick service. It’s a different style of all-you-can-eat where you stay seated and place your orders. They only get up to bring side dishes like salad, wasabi, ginger, edamame, as well as small plates and soy sauce bowls. I’m picky about my hot tea, and this place serves it piping hot—not just warm like some others I’ve been to. That’s a big plus! The sushi is fresh and delicious. The baked oyster skirt and their tempo mix were outstanding, making for a wonderful dining experience. Don’t forget to try their desserts too. I will definitely be coming back!
Great sushi with variety of appetizers and reasonably price! Wife and I stopped by this place for while driving from Yosemite back to Portland. And was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and tentative service. We both took all-you-can-eatlunch menu and had variety of rolls and maki. All so delicious. Coming from Toronto Canada, we can say this place is prettylegit! Highly recommend.

I enjoyed dining for lunch at this sushi buffet restaurant. The menu is quite simple yet, it has a variety of delicious sushi rolls, salad, desserts, and soup. Most of the servers are very good and the foods arrived very fast. However, due to Covid, Iwould like it even more if they space out the tables a bit more that would be great. The tables are too closed with littlesocial distancing.
I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Raku Sushi, a sushi buffet with a straightforward menu that still features a wide selection of tasty sushi rolls, salads, desserts, and soups. Most of the staff were attentive, and the food was served quickly. The only improvement I would suggest is spacing the tables further apart to ensure proper social distancing given the current Covid concerns.
I get it's an all-you-can-eat, and you shouldn't really have high expectations for food quality, but when it costs nearly the same to go to other sushi restaurants that are leagues ahead in terms of food quality, this place doesn't make sense to go to. 2people, 1 beer each, over 70$. Sushi was fishy, kind of warm, and very low quality. What more is there to say
I've visited Raku Sushi several times, and each experience surpasses the last. The staff is polite, prompt, and attentive. The food is fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented! I highly recommend this restaurant. The only downside is the wait time, but that's expected since it's popular no matter when you go.

All you can eat goodness!! The only thing that's a con (or pro) is how unpredictable the portions are. Are you getting one fillet of katsu or two? Idk! 4pc sashimi or 2pc or 6pc? Idk! No one knows! It's the surprise of coming here.
