Whole house has or has had covid the past 2 weeks. We're doing well and hunkering down. : BUT we've eaten every fresh and frozen vegetable in the house. Needed to grocery shop, but hello we're sick. Suddenly, remembered Raley's can deliver groceries. I got onto the website signed into my account where I normally get coupons. Happily surprised and a little alarmed as they had all the groceries I normally buy listed. Sure made it super easy to just click on all the stuff I normally buy. Did a search for a few items I don't. Clicked a pick up time as my Adult Daughter said she'd run some errands for me. Guy filling my order at Raley's called to double check a couple substitutions. I stood patiently in line for 3 hours for the bottle signing while everyone else was cutting. Patiently sat and waited. Finally I got fed up and walked to the front with a group that was cutting. Everyone but me made it through. One Raley's manager decided at that moment to start enforcing the line. I told him I had been there for 3 hours watching everyone else cut and I would go back to my original spot. He said no and I got kicked out. What a mess and waste of time.
Raley's Chinese concession is now under new management, and unfortunately, it hasn't improved. The food is quite disappointing. The Peking pork lacked flavor, and the teriyaki chicken was equally bland. I doubt that anyone, even a seasoned Chinese chef, could identify either dish if they were blindfolded. It seems the new management could benefit from some Chinese cooking classes.
I haven't had many shopping experiences at this center yet, but so far my impression is very positive. The employees have always been kind and the shelves are well stocked and organized. I like the Something Extra (SE) program. I'm usually leaving a grocery trip by using some online coupons, collecting SE points, and often earning a gas station discount as well.

I've been a customer here for 30 years, but due to the service, I've been going elsewhere. I decided to give it another chance, but I was disappointed once again. The cashier, named Sam, couldn't manage a smile and seemed to glare at me instead. While their prices are higher than some other places, it would be nice if they could at least have friendly cashiers.
You would think racism would have gone out the window in America ..but this store has a problem with Black people shopping here..they watch like a hawk because they think we're stealing ..pathetic I do not recommend any black person or any person of color to shop here
Your basic Raleys. I go here for the large follow your heart mayo. Most grocery stores only carry the small containers. They also have a pretty moderate vegan selection. The produceis usually high quality. Easy store layout. A lot of parking. Employees are friendly.
Had to ask somebody for help at self checkout register. Was a pretty routine interaction with somebody in a store. In response I was surprised to immediately get a dirty look and condescending reply. So much for Raley's great service.

The restaurant features fresh produce and offers excellent service. Additionally, if you are a member of the 'Something Extra' program, you can earn points with every purchase, which can also be used for discounts on gas.
Bright and clean, smiling faces always greet you. My husband gets me dinner when I am sick and he is always helped and is able to find what I want. The food is good and packaged well.
