This review is gonna be for the broomstick eyelash girl that worked the drive-through today at 6:24 p.m., who gave the most abysmal service. Like, is rally 's holding this girl hostage? Isn 't min wage 20$/hr now, and the customer service is somehow WORSE?! We tell her SEVERAL times we wanted chicken bites or bufford bites what the receipt said , maybe we didn 't call it by its proper name. But bites is typically a BITE SIZE food item. She proceeds to tell us that they are, in fact, tenders. Ok, so we pull up to the window, then she asks wait you said the bites? So now you remember that you do sell something bite size? at this point she 's evidently annoyed. We asked for sauce, she said it d...
It's a laid-back place. The staff are a bit unfriendly and too straightforward, almost giving off a cold vibe. However, it's a nice spot. Located right on the corner, you can sit and enjoy your meal on the patio benches. Just be cautious of the homeless people; if one is sitting nearby, they might give you a look in hopes of snagging a fry.
I timed it, it took 8 minutes for someone to come to the order window and take my order. I called the place several times to even get someone to pick up the phone, I knocked loudly on the windows and yet still. 8 minutes? I was the only person there, there wasn't even a line. I love the food but the service could use a little help.
I heard so much good things about this place all i can say its just disappointing!!! I went yesterday the food was cold the fries stale tasted like if they where sitting there for a while . I asked for ranch and ketchup several times and didn't getany. The employee at the drive thru window was very rude. Will rate this a 1 star

The order was incorrect, and the automated drive-thru system was frustrating. I received the wrong items, and the food seemed hastily assembled. There doesn't appear to be any attention given to the quality of what they serve. Since you're being paid for a service, it would be great to see a little more effort put in.
I my orders were horrible each one . The chicken strips looked like they were made last week!!!!!!!!! And the BBQ bacon was with crumbled up bacon . And the FRIES I love there fries but not these they were made when the strips were made never will go backhere ????
The drive-thru ordering experience was very poor. Absolute zero on customer service. I had a difficult time ordering a combo meal and plain burger. Employees did nothing to make sure the order was taken correctly. The food was good though.
Very slow! No one else in line and I still waited forever! BOTH orders completely wrong even after having to repeat them multiple times. Fake robot menu never works correctly! Not going back!

The cashier used to be quite grumpy, but she now seems to genuinely enjoy her job.
