I had the worst drive-thru experience at this restaurant. I was really looking forward to treating my mom to a big burger, but the interaction was disappointing. The woman taking my order was loud and abrupt, clearly distracted by a phone call. When we reached the window, she quickly shouted out the total while continuing her conversation. Although it was busy and she was juggling tasks, I tried not to dwell on it too much. After she handed me the bag, I said "thank you, have a good night," only for her to yell, "What?" as we drove away. It felt as if she thought I had spoken back to her.

I ordered the $5 meal, which came with hot chicken nuggets, hot french fries, and a cold hamburger. When I returned to have the issue fixed, the redhead at the drive-thru was really rude. Also, they were sneaky when they asked if I wanted cheese on the hamburger; it added an extra 75 cents to the price, which they didn’t mention beforehand. The total went from $5 to $6.75 after tax. Very slick move.
I ordered two Rally burgers with onion, pickles, ketchup, and mustard, but only received ketchup and onions. Luckily, I took them home. The receipt clearly listed my full order. The burgers tasted good after I added the missing condiments myself. It wasn’t busy at all—only one other car while I was there.
I love this place. The food is satisfyingly greasy and delicious. Portion sizes are generous, depending on what you order. I visit at least every two weeks, if not more often, because it’s open until 4 AM, and since I work the second shift, it’s conveniently on my way home. Great spot!

I placed my order online just 20 minutes before pickup. When I arrived, there were five cars ahead of me. However, I soon realized that the left lane was designated for pickup orders. I moved into that lane, and my order was already ready when I got to the front.
I was pleased to find that the food was fresh and delicious. The founders of Rally's originally came from Wendy's. It's surprising to see inside and realize that this place is more than just a quick stop.
My cheese fries were awesome like usual but the person with me hit chicken strips and they sucked nothing like the photo on the menu board
The girl at checkout her hands were so dirty no gloves. The box the keep all the sauces in is dirty, I worry about the cook area.

Cup had black curly hair on it, sandwich has it on the bun. Be sanitary and wear your hair nets and cover that beard. Disgusting.
