The receipt on the bag correctly listed our drinks: one medium Mr. Pibb and one large Sprite. However, we received a Coke and a root beer instead! We also requested no tomatoes on the cheese champ, but there were some included. It's not a big deal since we can easily take them off. Additionally, we found some extra fries in the order, which was a bit puzzling. Overall, the main issue was the mix-up with the drinks.
The burgers were undercooked in the center, and the person at the drive-thru accidentally dropped my loaded fries on the floor. To make matters worse, another employee stood right in front of the window.
I gave it two stars only because the girl at the window was friendly, which is rare. The food is never made fresh and always served cold. I was the only customer in the drive-thru.

Avoid this place if you’re not prepared for attitude at the drive-thru—it’s part of the culture. However, the food is consistently great.
I ordered a three-piece chicken tender meal, but the last tender didn’t seem fully cooked. I couldn’t finish eating it.
This was our final visit to this location. We always request plain burgers, but they are usually not prepared that way.
