I thought racism was for ignorant people, but the owner of the place told me that racism has no flag. I went to buy pizza and lasagna, I spoke to him in Italian because I know how to speak it native, and he had heard that the owner spoke it, and he was angry and blunt when he accused me I had the opportunity to ask him if it bothered him that I spoke with him in Italian, and he replied that we were talking in? and that here English is spoken. Maybe it annoys me that a dark-skinned person at his place eats food in Italian. Finally, he accused me more because the lasagna in the menu was $12,90 and he gave me $15,90 and he didn't even give me a purchase order. And while I was waiting for my ord...
To top it off, he charged me $15.90 for the lasagna, which was listed on the menu for $12.90, and he didn’t even provide a receipt. While I was waiting for my order, a white customer came in to pick up his order, and suddenly the owner engaged in a conversation with him and offered him a free drink. This made me feel belittled, both because of my skin color and because I chose to speak his native language. It's a very unfortunate experience.
Have been a LONG time customer of Ralphs from previous owner. New management is terrible!! Got my order wrong. I called to let them know and instead of taking responsibility, they BLAMED ME! When i asked about the prices, I find out they OVERCHARGED me by almost $10. And still no real explanation. The man was rude and impatient. But don?t worry they just lost a long time patron.

I ordered online and got a large Italian sub with oil and vinegar, and mayo on the side. Unfortunately, the bread was not toasted, and there was no oil, vinegar, or mayo included. The original owners would have never sent out a sandwich with so many mistakes. I do not recommend this place!
I was visiting from out of state and heard that Ralph's has the best pizza in New Jersey. I have to say, I now agree! I ordered a roast beef sandwich, which looked just as delicious as the picture online, and it was fantastic as well. I can’t wait to come back!
Visiting from the state, I was told that the best pizza in New Jersey is at Ralph's! I have to say I agree now! Ordered a Brat beef sandwich (picked as delicious as the online picture) and this is sooo good also, can not wait to return!
