This restaurant has been opened for years. The service has been rude and racist towards African Americans. Went in there and waited for someone to take my order and the waitress came to other people first and had me waiting when I was there before other people. It's a shame that I had to go through this. Seen that their department of health grade is still pending. Noticed that they didn't clean the chopping board used to cook chicken. It's sad that a business that has been in the community would treat people that live in the community this way. I noticed that the someone on yelp reported the same conditions. I'm not going back and telling everyone I know to do the same....
Avoid the chicken soup, especially if you're Dominican and have a good sense of what authentic Dominican food should taste like—you'll be let down. The chicken wasn't cleaned properly, leaving it with an off-putting taste, and there were droplets of fat floating throughout. It lacked any real flavor! It's time to update that recipe. My friend ordered the salmon and rice, which was decent, so I'm giving this place 3 stars. Shaking my head.
This is my new go to spot for food in the Far Rockaway region of NYC. Great spot for Dominican Food!! The open early at 5am!! Excellent food portions!! All the items here are delicious!! People are nice. If I have to eat here everyday I will do it. Among the top restaurants in the surrounding area. Good for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. I would eat here first before eating anywhere else.
The food is sooo good. It may look crazy on the inside, but the food is great. The staff is great Vinny, Yahira, and the owner are my favorite people. The display of food every day is amazing and you can get lunch for breakfast it's always hot and ready to be served. This place has been around since I was a kid and I definitely understand why. Don't judge a book by its cover. Try it

I typically visit for breakfast because I absolutely love the home fries. I also enjoy taking dinner home with me. Despite how busy it gets during breakfast, the service is fast and the staff are very friendly.
My friend loves to come to Ralph's a lots the staff is friendly and the staff isn't bad, but the pancakes and bacon with sausage was okay. Taste:7/10 Service:7.5/10 Hospitality:8/10 Price: Ig: Briannascravings
The food is fresh and absolutely delicious! The prices are very reasonable – I’d much prefer a meal of rice, beans, and meat or poultry for $8 over a McDonald's meal for $10! I highly recommend this place!
The 1 star is purely because I placed an order via yelp and after 15-20 minutes they call to cancel because they had no delivery. It's a pandemic, how can you not have delivery! Do better!

I have been going to this guy now for over 20 years. Food is consistently enjoyable. It gets very busy please be patient.
