Terrible service. The only redhead there, a teenage girl, openly flirted with my boyfriend while we were being served by someone else. She didn’t even take our initial order and completely ignored me at the window. She seemed unfazed when he walked away from her, and then she proceeded to watch him walk to the parking lot, laughing and making jokes with another girl about it. This behavior was very unprofessional and embarrassing for her. Nobody wants to deal with harassment while simply trying to make a purchase.

My recent experience at Ralph's Famous Italian Ice has left me disappointed, leading to my decision to stop being a regular customer. I used to visit nearly every day, but the rudeness and arrogance I encountered were unacceptable. I plan to contact the owner, provided I can get through without being dismissed again. My recent experience at Ralph's Famous Italian Ice was less enjoyable than my previous visits. It would be great if they had all menu items available in various sizes. I don't see why I had to leave with two separate items when I ordered the same thing. Why not just combine it into one larger portion? It seems like it shouldn't be that difficult.

I visited Ralph's Famous Italian Ice on August 23, 2022, and ordered a duo of ices for my family: half chocolate brownie and half vanilla chip, along with a solo chocolate brownie. Ralph's remains one of the best places around!
