I usually love Ralph's, but unfortunately, I visited the Deer Park location instead of the one in West Babylon where I had originally placed my order. The prices here were much higher, and they refused to honor the price I had already paid. It was frustrating that they wouldn't match the prices of another Ralph's just two miles away. Very disappointed I price out tubs, unfortunately came to this location instead of west Babylon where I had originally priced out. Deer park was a lot more and wouldn’t honor same price. Nothing. Wouldn’t price match another Ralph’s literally 2 miles away. No discount at all and I’m buying the largest tubs! I left and went to other location. I just think as a business owner you would try to keep a client especially buying bulk, it’s all Ralph’s!
An excellent service and unparalleled product, the one who knows ice cream will think similar. And I can only say that I loved it. As they are dressed alone in this branch, I saw the employers go supet sexy and striking with a set of shorts and a devil shirt for me it was worth it since I went there to refresh myself with an icecream and to refresh the sight, what more can you ask for, I hope that always keep the two services?????
We arrived 40 minutes before closing time, only to discover that the restaurant was already shut. As we approached the door, the staff was leaving and didn't even glance in our direction. They didn’t bother to apologize for closing early, which was quite disappointing!

In two of my Italian ices, I found something that looked like a clear rubber band or a piece of plastic. I called the shop to ask about a refund, and they told me to keep the icee and bring it in the next day for a replacement.
Ralph's is fantastic! They offer a wide variety of delicious treats. I absolutely love the Triple Chocolate Ralphie shake! Plus, they have an incredible selection of ices and cream ices (sherbet) — my favorite is Crazy Coconut!
I met a very friendly staff member who was really helpful. There’s a great selection of ice cream flavors, but the prices are on the higher side.
This place is amazing, offering everything from delicious ice cream to the option to create your own custom combinations!
