The short girl with dark hair at this restaurant has a very negative attitude. She is very impatient and does not give you time to decide on your order before pressuring you with questions like "What do you want? Are you ready?" I prefer to bring my family here and let the kids decide when they arrive, but she doesn't allow for that. It seems like she has been working there for too long. Sadly, there were other parents expressing the same frustrations while we were waiting. I used to tip her well, but her service has significantly declined over the past two years.

While I appreciate efficient service, I was disappointed that she seemed to rush us through our meal. Unfortunately, other parents waiting with us also felt the same way. In the end, she did provide good service, but it felt a bit rushed. I would still consider bringing my family here, but I hope she can improve on her timing in the future.
Flavors and all are great but the outdoor seating area was a disaster. Would?ve liked to have sat to eat but it needed a good wipe down. Also one of the girls was practicing very bad food and beverage safety and sanitation (chewing gum) which made me a little grossed out when I came to eating the ice cream. I don?t want saliva in my ice cream, yuck!
There are a wide variety of delicious flavors at this restaurant, which I find to be amazing! I really enjoy the pumpkin flavor as well. The staff are very friendly. The only downside is that it can be quite expensive. It's a shame that we can't order inside, as last time it was raining heavily and we were told to go to the window instead.

We have been coming to this location for years never had issues till now. The workers are not friendly and look annoyed that they have to help people. They were out of every flavor we asked for. This has been the last few times we have gone. Very disappointed. A smile goes a long way!!!
This is honestly the worst Ralph's on Long Island. If you can't make ice cream or shakes, then you shouldn't be working at an ice cream place. It's not like you're making the ice cream from scratch, just scooping it, so I don't understand how you can mess that up.

At Rallyee, you can expect friendly and helpful service from the staff. I ordered a frozen lemonade smoothie, which was delicious despite being called the wrong name. Overall, highly recommended with a 10/10 rating!
