I found the açaí bowl to be absolutely delicious, and the young women working there on Sunday afternoon were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. My coworker and I took a group of our guys with special needs to this location, and they had a wonderful time. I will definitely be returning in the future.
This is the best Ralph's I've been to! It's the largest location, and the staff were very friendly. During COVID-19, they've done an excellent job of enforcing mask-wearing and maintaining social distancing, as well as managing the number of people inside. Kudos to this location!
You really can't go wrong with over 30 flavors of ice creams and ices! The service is excellent—friendly staff who are happy to let you sample a flavor before you decide. I always feel a bit sad when this place closes for two months in the winter!

The brownie sundae is absolutely delicious! Unfortunately, the whipped cream tends to melt due to the heat from the hot fudge. Nonetheless, it's still really tasty!
The Apple Cobbler Sundae with graham cracker ice cream and topped with chocolate espresso beans is akin to enjoying cake and coffee after a Thanksgiving feast.
Whats not to like. So many choices. Ices ice cream acai bowls. The place is always spotless and the staff while mostly young people does a great job.
