I had some issues with door dash nabbing or forgetting part of my order. The store fixed that issue REALLY quickly by sealing the order in the bag. Kudos! Since then, zero issues from door dash. It shouldn't reflect on this store in any way. They were harmed by being too tasty, perhaps? I try to order from them as much as I can as this place is my FAVORITE dessert place on Long Island. If I ever leave the area, missing this store will be my major regret.
The prices are reasonable, and the location is quite convenient, but nothing about this place stands out. If you're craving ice cream or Italian ice, it's a decent spot to visit. However, their selection of vegan options is very limited, and the calorie content of nearly everything on the menu is quite high. They display the calorie counts on a board inside, and they can be quite alarming...
I've visited this location numerous times, but this time I had the pleasure of meeting the owner himself. What a genuinely humble person! I was there with my mom and two kids, and in just a few minutes, I learned so much about him. Not only did he serve as a police officer, but he’s now giving back to his community with some of the best ices around! Thank you for your service, sir!
Hands down the best ralphs around! They listen to substitutions and always deliver a great product, unlike others in the surrounding towns. I absolutely love Ralph's! The Maple Ave location is the cleanest restaurant I've ever seen, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The rainbow ice is a classic and my personal favorite! I highly recommend visiting this place. I'll definitely be back soon!

We ordered two Twisters, one vanilla and one passion fruit. They had just the right amount of sweetness—refreshing and ideal for summer. If you're a fan of passion fruit, you'll absolutely love this! Enjoy!
