It's a nice family friendly spots with a good beer selection and good food options. I will especially give them credit for the pretzels and the Irish Burger and if you go early, the black and white sausages. The place is divided so you have a straight up bar area, an area for you to have dinner and meetings, then a back area which is used for special events but is also good to use as a spot for people to watch a game while the main area is used for trivia nights which is on Thursdays. Got to see this recently with the Rangers playoff games. This place is also used by politicals and people using for special events as this is the top spot in Woodlawn.

The largest tap variety in Irish Woodlawn can be found at Rambling House. They offer solid pub food, with some unique offerings found among their sandwiches and burgers. Rambling House is large with plenty of seating indoors and out. They have loads of screens inside and outside for the main events of the sporting world. Clean, well maintained, and good service. There are many renowned pubs and public houses in the Bronx, and Rambling House is among them.
We had reserved the dining room for a private event. The whole process was easy and smooth from beginning to end. They were very efficient in executing the seating, food preparation, serving and all other requests we had. Staff was very accommodating anddid a great job setting everything up. Clover Guinness! Check out the attached photos. I've been visiting this place for years, especially throughout the pandemic. It's as if they realized they needed to raise their standards during and after this tough time, particularly since many small businesses were shutting down for good. The food is of excellent quality, the beer is always cold, they have a fully stocked bar, the air conditioning is refreshing, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.
We absolutely adore this Irish bar. The food is fantastic, and the staff couldn't be more friendly. Every time we travel from Colorado, we make it a point to stop by the Rambling House. Thank you, Joe and Peter, for your warm Irish hospitality and for ensuring we made it back to the city! Jim and I will definitely return on our next visit.
I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was wonderful, especially since it was their 20th anniversary and they had a children's band performing, who were fantastic. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. I can’t wait to return!

This is the best fish and chips I've ever had outside of Kent, UK! The atmosphere is delightful, and the service is warm and welcoming. I can't wait to return!
