On Saturday morning, while lying in bed, I came across a pop-up event by New York's 'Ramen Shack' on Facebook. The chef had spent five days perfecting 400 bowls of Ramen, and I was instantly intrigued—I had to get my Ramen fix! Where to go? I had heard great things about this particular spot, so I decided to check it out. It was around 12:30 PM on Saturday, and as I wandered Milligan Street looking for the restaurant, I spotted a group of four young Asian guys. I figured I must be close, so I decided to follow them. The restaurant is situated in the Melbourne Hotel on the Hay Street side, and as I approached, I noticed a small queue forming—I knew I had found my destination. From the ou...

The ramen was quite good as well. The broth had a rich, bold flavor. Some might find it a bit fatty (I ordered the 'normal' option), but it's not as creamy as tonkotsu soup. It took me back to the ramen from O-San in Sydney. I would definitely return to this restaurant. Just a note for parents with small children: they don’t have high chairs, but they do offer booster seats. If your little one needs support to sit up, it might be challenging. The place is quite small, so it’s best to avoid peak times if you're bringing in a stroller.

There are always long lines for this restaurant, but for a good reason. The lines do move along quite quickly<br/ <br/ Tonkotsu is not for the faint hearted as a very thick pork broth which is high in cholesterol. But it is delicious, just make sure you pick the level of flavour and noodle softness which works for you. The bonus eggs and beansprouts also makes Keisuke an attractive lunch place.

A bit busy during lunch time but the Tonkotsu ramen tastes just like ones in Japan. The broth was rich and noodles are chewy. It was a good surprise that the service was friendly even it’s busy. You can choose richness of soup, firmness of noodles and hotness of the bowl. Don’t forget to add Ajitama! The shop is small and busy so I would recommend this place for a quick bite. OMG! This was the best ramen soup I’ve had in years! The place was packed, people waiting in the street to get in.The menu is simple. There are 3 choices.I chose the traditional pork ramen with all the toppings. It tasted fantastic!I liked the fact there are some hard boiled eggs and cured bean sprouts on the table. It’s a nice addition.

Be prepared to wait for a table here, they are very busy! They certainly did not disappoint from the texture of the ramen, to the flavour of the broth were all on point! Pork slices were tender enough and this was the only ramen joint which offered unlimited eggs! Definitely recommend this place if you are a fan of ramen.

The ramen here is absolutely delicious and authentic. It's no surprise that many Japanese people come to this restaurant, which confirms its genuine flavor. Just a heads up: be prepared to wait in line. The last order in the evening is at 8:30 PM, even though the restaurant stays open until 9:00 PM.

Easily the best tonkotsu in Perth. If you are a ramen fans like me and have been to japan, you’d know this place would beat at least 80% of Japanese ramen restaurant in taste and space — of course still rather small for Australian size. I come here 3-4 times a week. — addictive lol Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
