I ordered the Deluxe Soy Sauce Ramen, which was exactly what I was in the mood for. The noodles had just the right chewiness, which I appreciated. The broth was a bit different from what I’ve experienced at other ramen places; it wasn't as salty as I'm used to, but it was still delicious and very flavorful.
As for the toppings, the chashu had the perfect balance of fat and complemented the soup and noodles beautifully without overpowering them. The soft-boiled eggs were cooked to perfection—smooth and creamy throughout.
I highly recommend giving this ramen a try! I truly enjoyed the more subtle flavors here, and I will definitely be returning.
We decided to stop by for lunch on a whim. We arrived at 11:45 (they open at 11:30) and had to wait an hour after putting our names down, but it wasn't too bad since we leisurely explored the area. The seating consists mostly of counter spots with a few tables. The menu is simple and straightforward, perfect for quick service. The ramen was absolutely delicious, and all the toppings were fantastic. We ordered two deluxe ramen bowls in shoyu and shio broths. The meat was juicy and tender, the noodles were perfectly bouncy and chewy, and the broth was clear and packed with deep flavor. I would rate it a perfect 10/10!

The service was quick, and the noodles were cooked perfectly al dente. The restaurant is small and tends to get busy, but you can place your order at a kiosk using an iPad, so there's no need to wait for a server. This ramen is the perfect comfort food, especially for winter weather. I will definitely be back!
