$18 minimum per person and 40-minute time limit... I went with my parents and my little one. My parents were ready to turn around and leave. However, knowing that my little one was hungry, they told me to just take LO in and join them later. When I went in, they wanted my 4-year-old to order $16 worth of food too. Ramen left over is not something I would take and eat later. So, we also ended up leaving the place. They maybe efficient, but they are very calculative. This is not a kid friendly or family welcoming place.
Last visited 10 years ago and Raman is still delicious. The Ochsenschwanz Raman is still delicate and tasteful. The spicy Raman was not very sharp, but nevertheless very good. Big rice and roasted gyoza. Limited seats with about 20 minutes waiting. Clear, plastic, separator between parties. No alcohol sold and there is a 40-minute max for dinner. So eat and get out! Very friendly and efficient staff. Once you order, you can expect your food within 5 to 10 minutes. We enjoy this place very much.
I would call this place unique vs authentic. I have been to japan myself and have had lots of ramen. If you go to different shops vs chain they have their own ramen and flavors and this shop would fall into that category. If you are a person who likes to explore flavors this is a place to try. Just be prepared to wait. : i think that the price for a hawaiian place to eat is just right.
The rams were delicious and broth tasty. My boy, who is not in soups like fried noodles with crispy peppers. You need to log in and wait your turn because the place is small and can only accommodate a few people at a time. Food was fresh, tasted great and reasonably priced. However, the dining service was outstanding. The whole restaurant has limited seating to be completely customer focused. The employees go back and forth and make sure everyone is tended too. I thought the social distancing measures were more comfortable and it was worth the wait for the food.
Excellent knights, generous portions. Believe them when they say that the Spicy is sharp! I have the spicy rams and gyoza, everything was excellent. FYI: There is no alcohol that is served here and you cannot bring yourself. No bathroom. Would definitely visit again, thank you for the great meal!
Even though the seating is very limited the food is fantastic. Waiting times can go between 30 min to 1 hour or a little longer over the weekend (nights). Try the oxtail spicy noodles soup or the fry noodles. You won't regret it. !! Highly recommended.
Amazing rams! If you think when you drive back because you wait tired, think twice. Because this place is definitely worth it!! The line slowly moves due to limited seat capacity, but the staff friendliness and the taste of food makes for them. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Best little hole in the wall restaurant for ramen. Everything tasted very authentic and food came out very fast. Servers are very nice.
