Ramen Shack Food Truck

The broth for my Tonkatsu was weaker\more watery than what I'm used to from ramen places in south Texas but everything was good. I'd give it a few more shots to try more menu items on different days. It's good to know Lubbock has a good ramen place as it seems like there aren't many good non traditional southwest fare places in town.

I got Tonkotsu without egg and it was really amazing! I think I’ll get extra bamboo, make it vegetarian without the pork, and add mushrooms next time.We also got the Gyoza (pork dumplings) that were to die for, and the spicy edamame that was really good.

Delicious! My family visited for the first time last week. I had the Hot Miso with some additions. The broth was spot on and the noodles were perfectly cooked. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I'll definitely be back soon!

I don’t leave reviews but this place was great. Great atmosphere, great service, and great food! If you’re thinking about going, just do it! This is the miso soup, highly recommend!
