On my first visit to this restaurant, I had a bit of trouble finding it as it is located at the back of a building with shops at the front. Having a sandwich board outside would be helpful for first-time visitors. The service here is excellent, and the staff is very friendly, giving off a family-run business vibe. It's a bring your own (b.y.o.) place, which is great with just a minimal corkage charge. The food, however, was average. The prawns I had as an entrée were good, but the Veal scallopini main course was very basic and a bit bland. My friends who had the fettucine bosciala mentioned that it looked dry. We opted to skip dessert. Would I come back to this restaurant? Probably not by ch...
I recently had a meal at this restaurant and was extremely disappointed. I ordered Prawn Linguini and was served spaghetti. When I enquired about it they said they had run outs of linguini! No prior enquiry as to if we would like to order something else! To be fair they did reduce the price - by about $4 - whoopee - especially as it was so awful - the sauce included - that neither of us could eat it! How on earth this restaurant is still in business is beyond me!
The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere and the staff is friendly and attentive, which enhances the delicious food. The pizza and salmon penne were both outstanding, as was the spaghetti bolognese. The portion size of the salmon was impressive and the vegetables were cooked perfectly to complement the fish. This was our second time dining at this restaurant and it lived up to our expectations. We will definitely return for more!
What a hidden gem! We arrived just as they were setting up and asked what time they would be opening. We were bustled in & made absolutely welcome. The food was absolutely delicious! We have lived in the area for 6 years and somehow missed finding this restaurant. We are definitely going to return. A new family favourite!

Entree's are good although they take forever to arrive. A table of 14 had their mains served over a period of 35 mins. Rare was served medium well and medium rare was VERY well done. Steak and salad was served with two rocket leaves - I would have thought it was a garnish.On the up side the seafood entrée was a treat.
as a family we eat regularly at Ramons. It has a good range so everyone can find something they like . The food is always good . The pasta and fish in particularly. The pizzas can be a bit busy . Which one of my sons likes . I prefer the more simple style , but they will do that for you if you ask
An excellent local restaurant tucked away in Davidson. Reliable and delicious food and we return often. Established many years ago and almost a secret for the locals! Cuisine from tender steaks, seafood and pizza. Highly recommended.
Dined last night and the food was very good. Value for money is the only thing that stops it getting a 5 star as $22 for a salad is not cheap although it was nice. Chicken was fantastic.

The mains are always solid but this restaurant is so expensive for a local. $25 for a salad or pizza is very high for the area and overpriced despite the good service.
