Rancatore's Ice Cream Yogurt

This is a great ice cream shop staffed mainly by young local kids. They even have a college fund tip jar with the logos of where the students are headed (or maybe currently attending, too! They have a wide variety of flavors and not always the same ones.I am allergic to chocolate and they have opened new ice cream containers to ensure there was no cross contamination from achocolate tub. I almost always get their ice cream, but most recently got their mango sorbet, it was fantastic. This is agreat local spot, there is always a line, but it moves quickly. They have set up some outdoor seating and there are some citybenches in front of the store as well so you can still sit and enjoy your ice...

This restaurant is a fantastic local gem. It's run by friendly Belmont High School students who recommend each other, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. These young workers are always cheerful and eager to please, making it clear that they are happy to have their first jobs. They even go out of their way to be kind to children, adding extra toppings or sometimes even giving them for free. This generosity keeps customers coming back, not to mention the fact that the ice cream is fantastic! Bonus points for the convenience of having a trash can and bench outside.

The molasses gingerbread and salted caramel were out this world. My boyfriend who got cookies and cream with cookie dough was also super pleased. We both added fudge (the good kind, the real kind, not the thick fake mass who comes out of a can and is heated in a hot bath all day some shops pawn off as real hot fudge but this is the real deal. Actually fun flavors that are actually very good! They are quite generous on portion sizes a “micro” isn’t really micro. Great staff. Wish more places had an ice cream shop like this. The rasmalai-flavored ice cream at this Boston chain is incredibly delicious. It is arguably the best ice cream chain in the city, featuring a selection of excellent Indian-inspired flavors. I highly recommend giving them a try. Hopefully, there will be more locations opening up around Boston and Nashua soon.
