It was our first time to eat on the ranch. It was delicious and more food than we could eat for a meal. My husband had a ribbed steak and I had the salmon. He refused to eat any pages until he finished his steak. It was tender and beautifully spiced. The salmon was wonderful. We chose the garlic potatoes, roasted okra and sweet potatoes (we asked for the toppings to be on the side). They also had gluten-free rolls for me. Since my birthday, I had a free dessert, the chocolate cheese cake. My husband had the cream broil. We shared them and shared them.
Food and service were perfection. I had the 7 ounces of fillet, medium rare and melted in my mouth. My husband had the Ribeye and loved her too. We shared appetizers from Escargot and Calamari. My first time for Escargot and it was amazing! We had potatoes, Mac and cheese and roasted Okra for our pages. Definitely not something we can do every weekend, but highly recommended if you have something special to celebrate, or if you only experience for an all-encompassing phenomenon.
Steak was pretty good. I thought they could have cleaned the plate better because I paid $67 per steak and we ordered two. The truffle butter was an HIT. The crab cakes were recommended and it was DELICIOUS, especially with the spicy Mayo sauce. The potatoes were DELICIOUS. I love a good mash. The Macn cheese was fine. I better do Mac. The shrimp cocktail was also good. Just your simple shrimp cocktail. I had bananas for dessert and it was phenomenal. I love banana promotion.
One of the best steak houses in Oklahoma and yes I ordered the chicken! The chicken was delicious, but the mushroom risotto was mouthwater. Also added a page of mushrooms, they are a favorite and pair great with everything on the menu. Our server was fabulous, very attentive and recommended wonderful wine pairings. Can't wait to go back.
