I ordered a coupon offline it does say upon looking back fingers but it gave me option for wings/ fingers when choosing my options for sauces so I assumed I could get wings and wrote wings in the notes. When I got there whoever gave me my order was extremely rude and unprofessional and said in a disgusted manner “ I don’t know why who made the order wrote wings when it’s just for fingers “ i politely said well it said wings on my options so I wrote in wings if it’s just fingers it should be more clear and she aggressively told me multiple times it was not wings included. I ordered the chicken tenders, which were basically longer frozen chicken nuggets. The texture was spongy and flavorless. The meatballs were also not fresh, definitely a frozen blend of meat with no seasoning. Although the sauce was fresh and made the meatball a little more appealing. The Greek salad was average but dressing was heavy and definitely bottled. Delivery was super quick! Most likely because everything comes from a bag or bottle from this place. Today I ordered two steak and cheese subs and they both were terrible. I work 5 minutes around the corner and the food arrived cold plus they got the order wrong. We continue to order from here because it's close, but today's the last day. Then when I call to tell them that the order was wrong, they say they want to old sub back. What, are they gonna resell it? Knowing them probably. So many people complain about the bad service at my job. We are just gonna stop ordering from there. One of my clients lived in Randolph and I was suddenly reminded of how wonderful this place was to me and how many fond memories I have coming here with my father and having fun with all of the employees/management after school. I did a Uber eats order today for my kids lunch ..I called to ask for honey mustard and ketchup to be put in with my order and the person over the phone was not helpful very hostile and rude when I voiced concern regarding a note that was not deleted from my order as it was specific For my kids ..I have never been treated this way here it was just a kids meal that needed to be correct although I put in the order correctly they went by the note on the order that’s all I was trying to get across Food: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Love this spot! This is *thee* local place to go for a casual, tasty and filling meal. Amazing hot subs (the pastrami is to die for! and pizza (highly recommend the Philly cheesesteak pizza . Great folks and quick kitchen staff; even when they're busy and hard at work they're still warm and pleasant!
