We were in Salem earlier and got talking to come locals who told us we had to check out Raso's since we were staying in Medfort and because of that we made sure to come by. They also told us we had to get the Florentine Pizza Sicilian style we came in with a game plan. We arrived at around 7:30PM on a Sunday and had no problem getting a table. Our waiter was very friendly and helped us out with the menu. I will say they also had a huge cocktail/martini menu and I went with a Dirty Martini with vodka and they had Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives which really makes the martini for me. We of course had to get that Florentine Pizza Sicilian style for a appetizer. Now I'm normally not a fan of Florenti...
We discovered Raso’s after leaving the airport following a long trip overseas. We were exhausted and hungry. What a perfect find! The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was Boston hometown all the way, and the food was delicious and satisfying. Italian food and beers It was like coming home. Thanks, Raso’s! Overall a nice meal, but food/atmosphere average. Staff is very nice, attentive, fast. Dining room pretty spare/utilitarian. Food decent but pretty routine, though deserts huge and made kids happy. Love going to Raso's! Great food and friendly service. The specials always have something good and new. And you certainly can't go wrong with the sirloin or pizza! Drinks are amazing here. The martinis are delicious. So many different types to choose from! A bit small in here. I normally do a a reservation before to ensure I have a table. Ambiance is very nice and fun to hang out in. Definitely recommend for the drinks!
I just love Rasos! The food is fantastic and heartwarming. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The drinks are fantastic, and the staff is personable and welcoming. I am Italian so I know good Italian food, and this is good Italian food!
