This man lacks tact when it comes to dealing with customers. I'm not sure if he's the owner at Berda, but it seems unlikely, as a business owner understands the importance of customer relationships. He is rude and very disrespectful; someone like him shouldn't work in a customer service role if they are not willing to provide better treatment. Additionally, he doesn't accept credit cards, which I assume is a tactic to avoid paying taxes. The atmosphere of the place is far from pleasant, and the images on the menu do not look appealing. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was quite poor, and what stood out the most was the owner's attitude. He treated customers dismissively, as if they were a nuisance. The prices are also ridiculously high for what you get. I definitely do not recommend this place—save your money! Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 1 out of 5.

I ordered a mangoniada, and it was nothing like what I expected; it tasted terrible. Additionally, the server seemed quite unfriendly, almost annoyed that we were making requests, as if we were asking for favors. He came across as a frustrated person.
