Rauch-hof - Tisch reservieren

I thought it would be good to eat out one night as we were in the area for 2 nights.Ate in our hotel 1st night which was excellent.I used trip advisor to find this restaurant.It is in a nice setting and the staff are friendly.Menus aren't in English and staff do their best to translate-cow's stomach didn't sound too appealing!Loads of trout on the menu which is their speciality.The food was just ok,a bit bland maybe.Not a place for kids unless they are very adventurous-no sausage and chips here and if there was it would be sausage made from some part you wouldn't want to eat!I wouldn't go back but I am glad I went!

Dies ist ein gemütliches Restaurant, das großartige lokale Küche mit angenehmem Service serviert. Wir haben die Forelle gegessen, ich habe die geräucherte und meine Frau hat sich für die gegrillte entschieden – beide waren hervorragend. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, inkl. der Garten. Beachten Sie jedoch, dass es teuer ist.

Auch als Einheimischer ist dieses Restaurant eine sehr gute Wahl. Echte, bodenständige Küche ohne jeglichen Schnickschnack, aber dennoch hochwertiges und inspirierendes Essen. Die beste Reisezeit ist der Frühsommer, wenn der Spargel reif ist. Tolle Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien. Freundliches Personal .

I visited this restaurant because the restaurant in Stainzerhof was closed.It is really great - very local food, perfectly prepared. We had deer and locally produced fish. Very good serviceBe sure to reserve in advance, when we were there you only got a seat with reservation.
