This was my firts time at Raya and what a great experience, food was delicious. We had to seat outside because there was no reservations available inside, and even though there was little noise with the cars passing back and forth, the food experience was so good that we didn't mind. The truffle edamame was really good so definitely recommend. Main dishes we had tuna poke bowl, pork belly and mongolian kobe brisket, they were all delicious, brisket a little dry but great flavor and huge serving. We had all 3 desserts recommended by our server who by the way was awesome, pudding, yuzu cream rolls and buñuelos, there was no leftovers, right amount of sweetness and delicate flavors. This is the third time we have dinner at Raya. Main problem is that the food all have similar taste. As the cheff tried to recreate an Asian-Caribbean fusion, i guess, Asian taste predominate all over.
We visited for the first time and had an excellent experience. Our waiter, Chia, was fantastic, and the food was delicious. It was a wonderful choice to celebrate our 17th anniversary!
From the staff who are A to the amazing decor and always wonderful food from Chef Mario Pagan we loved everything about it. Cannot wait to go back.
