We went razzoos for an afternoon meal. We had a an excellent waiter who was very nice and welcoming. My family sent back 2 plates 1. Appeared undercooked and the other had no taste or flavor naturally we did not want to pay for something we were not going to eat. We apologized profusely to which The waiter was very understanding. However the manager Carl came out to the table with what seemed to be an irritable manner. 99% of the food my party orders is always hot with the exception of the dirty rice, the 2 times I've ordered the side dish it was always cold and semi hard. The server staff has always been pleasant. I've been to this particular location about 5 times and see 1 specific Management Staff or Owner that always comes on the floor but never ever speaks to or acknowledge the guests. 1 specific day there was a girl's basketball team there maybe 15-20 people total and this Management Staff ask how they were doing, but never acknowledged any other guest. We enjoyed this restaurant the other day. Our server was wonderful, and very friendly/ attentive. My guest enjoyed her fish basket, as everything was fried fresh, which is always a PLUS! I had the skillet and although FULL OF FAVOR, it was COLD. My guest said that her red beans and rice were cold as well, so she didn’t eat her portion. It’s definitely an easy fix, and it won’t hinder us from going back, we just hope these issues are addressed. This place was clean and plenty of space, even on busy days. They have huge fans outside, that blow misty water, should you choose to eat outside (hopefully NOT in this dangerously heat . I do recommend eating here, as everything is seasoned to perfect...
Good if you are in the need for a seafood fix at a sit down, order from a menu type restaurant. It gets the job done. We have been multiple times and the service has been mostly good, only once was it subpar. I do enjoy their Cajun Fondue with crawfish appetizer. Usually, I just keep it normal and order the Seafood Combo Platter that has all I'm looking for, catfish, shrimp, and crawfish. The wife enjoys the Stuffed Shrimp. The atmosphere can range from quiet when they are slow to super loud when they are busy. Just depends on if you go during the busiest times.

I have had several bad visits with this Razzoos location. The only reason I keep coming back is cuz of the service I get from two different servers. Make sure when U come in 2 request either Ashley or Logan. I always get phenomenal service from both of these girls. Keep up the good work ladies. I will B back 2 request you again.Food: 2/5
The limited time crab cakes were AMAZING!! Got the skillet with a little of each to try but the crawfish e?touffee was the winner for me! All around wonderful atmosphere and Kristian our bar tender was STELLAR! She is 100% friendly and welcomed uswith a smile! Great recommendations and we Will definitely make the drive to come back!
We walked in were greeted right away told the hostess we'd like to sit at the bar. Bailey, the bartender was great! She was very attentive I asked a few questions. I'm glad I did for the drinks because I really liked the frozen drink I got. The foodwas delicious came out in a timely manner. This establishment is nice as well.
I liked this place. The environment was giving New Orleans. The server was great. Only two pasta options. I had the Cajun shrimp...was ok. I've made better at home.
